This is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa-inspired postures (asana) and is open to all levels of yoga experience. Classes may include restorative postures and traditional poses (asana) such as warrior one and working with the breath through a sequence of poses to support your body. Props such as blocks or bolsters may be incorporated to allow for therapeutic alignment and natural body flow without strain or forcing any position. This type of yoga class is intended to facilitate feelings of empowerment and restoration.

This is an athletic version of Vinyasa Flow open to individuals at all levels of experience. You can expect to break a sweat and move with your breath and body to challenge yourself and build inner heat and intensity within the practice. There is a balance of ease and effort. This class may include balancing poses, twists, backbends, and strength-building postures. Everyone is encouraged to listen to their body and move into a resting posture (child’s pose or something similar) as needed.
This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels of yoga experience. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness or the yoga of transformation. Each class includes a segment of breathing, or pranayam, then a main set of yoga postures that produce a specific effect, known as a kriya, relaxation, then a final meditation. The class includes deep relaxation in savasana with gong sound bath.
