Sanjah (Che’Reese A.)
Sanjah teaches Intuitive Yoga, a breath-led practice that blends mindful movement, strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation. Her yoga classes are designed to help students reconnect with their bodies, quiet the noise of daily life, and develop trust in their own inner wisdom. Rather than focusing on perfection or performance, Sanjah encourages students to move in ways that feel supportive and sustainable for their unique bodies. Every class is an invitation to listen, explore, and return to yourself. Sanjah’s classes are welcoming to all experience levels.
“I believe healing happens when we create space to listen to ourselves. Whether you are seeking strength, stress relief, balance, healing, or simply a moment to breathe, I am honored to share that journey with you.”
Stephanie’s classes blend traditional Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. She encourages everyone to move with curiosity and self-compassion. She focuses on thoughtful alignment, integrating movement and breath, creating a practice that feels both empowering and restorative.
“Yoga is a practice for everyone and for every stage of life.”

Janay S.
Janay is the owner of Alive Wellness Studios. She teaches Kundalini Yoga. She also enjoys the other styles of yoga and attends other classes regularly. Her Kundalini Yoga classes are tailored to welcome beginners. She explains how to hold the postures (asana), use the breath (pranayam), and engage in meditation, along with the intended effects of each activity, throughout the class. Kundalini Yoga is a little different than Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga, with few overlapping body positions, so comparing is a challenge - the best way to understand what it is would be to try it and see what you think for yourself. Janay enjoys practicing Kundalini Yoga because of its balancing impact on the mind, nervous system and energy centers in the body.
“Kundalini Yoga, as well as other forms of yoga, has the potential to connect you with your highest inner self.”
Sofia J.
Sofia aims to create a welcoming space where students can explore their own practice both physically and mentally. Her teaching style combines creative sequencing with intentional cueing, and often moves breath-to-movement. She plans classes based on a flow that can challenge students while remaining accessible and true to everyone’s individual practice. Vinyasa yoga is structured to build inner heat and intensity while connecting you to your body on an energetic level. Sofia’s teaching style balances ease and effort.
“Off my mat, yoga is a home for me to return to, and it brings me back to myself in all ways.”
