Cancellation Policy

Bookings close 30 minutes before class starts, but advanced booking 3 weeks to 24 hours in advance of a class time is highly encouraged. Classes may be cancelled 2 hours ahead of the class if there are no students signed up. Waitlists are available, so early cancellation is helpful to other students who may be on a waitlist. The studio may charge a cancellation fee. A refund or class pass may be provided in extenuating special circumstances.
